Berbalik pada entry kali ni, Ummi nak share satu lagi resepi laktasi istimewa untuk mummy semua iaiti Granola Bar..Nak buatnye mmg senang dan cepat..selain rasanya yg sedap, granola ni mmg healthy..Insya Allah..ala ala protein bar..
Jom kite semak resepi Lactation Granola Bar ni..maaf ye, Ummi masukkan resepi dalam versi English ye, x sempat nak translate..tp ada a few bahan mmg Ummi dh edit ikut selera sdri..Selamat mencuba..Nanti Ummi akan update gambar. InsyaAllah..
Bahan2
- 2 cups whole grain old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (kurangkn cket jika xnak manis coz kita ada guna honey)
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 2 tbs brewers yeast
- 1 tbs fenugreek powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil/melted butter/minyak jagung/minyak sayuran
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional add ins:
- 1 sliced or mashed banana
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, blueberries, apricots)
- 1/2 cup dried, shredded coconut (try it toasted!)
- 1/2 cup nuts – walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, etc.
- whatever your imagination dreams up!
Cara2..
1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
3. In
a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Make a well in the
center and add all of the wet ingredients. Mix together well.
4. Gently mix in your add ins
and press the mixture into your prepared pan.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once halfway for even baking. Allow to
cool for about 5 minutes and then cut into bars of your desired shape
and size.
